3 Year Old Teachers

Miss Jeannette

Miss Jeannette joined the Preschool Staff at Bayshore in 2009 and is the teacher for our Transitional 3’s class which is designed for our older 3 and younger 4 year old students.  She has her Director’s Credential and came to Bayshore with 25 years experience teaching infants to school age children.  Miss Jeannette has a gift for observing and tailoring the learning experience to each child’s strengths, weaknesses and personality.  When asked why she chose to teach preschool, her response was “because of the influence of my own teachers when I was growing up.  I love to play with the children and hear what they have to say.”

Miss Faith

Miss Faith joined the Preschool Staff at Bayshore in 2017 as a substitute and is now teaching in our 3 year old program. Before moving to Tampa in 2017, Miss Faith served as a children’s minister for 10 years and taught preschool for 7 years. She is very excited to have joined the staff at Bayshore and will continue her ministry calling by leading the Preschool’s weekly chapel programs. Miss Faith is able to connect with each child at their individual levels and strives to make them feel special in their own way. She views the preschool experience as a crucial part of the social and educational development of the child. When asked why she chose to teach preschool, her response was “what started out as a mom job has led me to a life long love of teaching and ministering to little ones. They are loving, accepting and teach me as much as I teach them. I am truly blessed to be a part of their lives.”

Miss Marcia joined the Preschool Staff at Bayshore in 2013 and currently teaches in our 3 year old program.  Miss Marcia joined Bayshore with 34 years experience teaching toddlers to VPK.  She has her Director’s Credential and taught autistic children at the Sydney School.  Miss Marcia excels at reinforcing good behavior by praising their efforts.   When asked why she chose to teach preschool, her response was “because of my love of children,  I love to play a role in setting their foundation and seeing all the changes from the beginning of the school year to the end.”
